    Hi Classmates  I just got a copy of the Canal Record and there is notice of Bob Hughes' new book!!  A story about the construction of the Panama Railroad. Can't wait to get a copy. Do you think Bob might sign it? I know what my family will be getting for Christmas this year.

    Bob's book was on sale at the Panama Canal Reunion this past summer, and he was on hand to sign them. Our classmate turns out to be an excellent story teller. I greatly enjoyed the book and hope he follows it up with another.
